    Nearly all displayed text is store in a file in \catalog\includes\languages\<yourlanguage>.php or in other files in \catalog\includes\languages\<yourlanguage>\*.ph p

    You would want to look for conditions.php and about_us.php in the \catalog\includes\languages\<yourlanguage>\ directory (you will have to do/translate for EACH language you want to use on your site)
