how to set Differnt shipping prices for each state

Can someone Tell me how i can set shiiping prices for each State Cause it coust me diffent shipping prices for each state So any Help would be great i have read every post here on shipping for the last few days and see nothing on it.

Example 1 item shiped to Texas cost one price
The same item shipped to Florida cost another price

Short answer: UPS or USPS modules do this.

Long answer - correction -- questions: Please explaing what you would like to do more fully. Which menthod of shipping are you using? or HOW are you estimated shipping cost (flat fee per item - per item - per weight etc....) There are way to many ways to cut the same brick of butter....

Why don't you use UPS shipping module then?

because the UPS Shipping moldge does not enter the coorect prices.

So you are not using the prices that UPS sends you real time for shipping? The prices displayed by the UPS module are correct as to what UPS charges for shipping, in fact the prices are generated by UPS.

One of the reason that UPS Module may be give wrong data - is that it is GIVEN wrong data.

- Make sure your ADDRESS is correct and complete
- Make sure the customer is too.
- Make sure each ITEM has the correct weight - going over by 1/4-1/2 lbs is not bad. WATCH out for CUBE weighted items (Light items are cubed to 10 LBS per Cubic foot...)
Take the H x L x D (in inches) / 1728 *10 (min weight per cube) = Chargable cubic LBS
