Ultra Pics installation Error

Hi,

I'm fairly new to this forum and OscMax, so I apologize if i'm posting this in the incorrect area.

Here is the issue:
I installed Ultra Pics 2.07.01 (2.04.1 + LightBox + CCGV + STS), and when I go to my store and click on a product's image i receive the following error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function tep_catalog_href_link() in /home/thrbears/public_html/sweets/catalog/includes/header.php on line 20

header.php Line 20 has the following:

Please help, as i'm totally lost.

Did you installed UltraPics over a fresh copy of osCommerce 2.2 MS2a?
