Changing the stylesheet

Hi, I'm new to OS Commerce, so forgive me if I'm missing something simple!

I'm trying to change the colour of the Info Boxes. I've changed the colour in the Stylesheet (infoBox & infoBoxContents) using a stylesheeteditor, to reflect my chosen colours.

I then uploaded the stylesheet (via FTP) to my site, yet the changes I have made are not shown on my site. I can't understand why the changes are not made, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Note: I have tried changing the stylesheet via the online admin page (tools/filemanager) and I receive the following error -

"Warning: fopen(C:/Websites/toby//stylesheet.css): failed to open stream: Permission denied in C:\Websites\toby\admin\file_manager.php on line 51"

What Editor are you using, and are you sure that it is being uploaded AS the stylesheet.css?
