Problem with 'New Product' image area

Hi,

I am just setting the shop up now and I'm not sure how this happened or whether a bug has emerged!

I have a product image that is showing in every place it should be EXCEPT the New Products and New Release area whenever it finds its way there.

The image is on site as I said before it shows whenever it should except for this..

In New Products where it 'doesn't' show..
1. When I 'view' the image in the browser it says it gives this address...
URL /catalog/images/Array was not found on this server.
2. Properties shows this
/catalog/popup_image.php?pID=98') NOTE: 98


In other area where it does show..

1.When I 'view' the image in the browser it says it gives this address...
/catalog/images/st813-f-350.jpg

2. Properties shows this
/catalog/popup_image.php?pID=32') NOTE: 32

This only happens with 1 product.

Any help why this is happening or how I can get rid of it from New products.
