Allow client to control hyperlinked text in new column box

Hi
For my client I need to create a new box in the left colum in which i can list a number of hyperlinked external websites. BUT MY CLIENT also needs to be able to UPDATE, DELETE OR ADD to this list FROM HIS Admin control panel too.

Any suggestions??

if he has any html knowledge the easiest way to do it without any database changes is to just make the box read the variables from a language file or include a file that you create.. make sure it is writable and show him which file to edit in the admin section under "define languages" or "file manager"
