If I remove the Auth.net module from the payment modules list, everything works perfectly. I'm currently running Authorize.Net Consolidated 1.7 and ccgv5.05. I think I'm going to need to bite the bullet and upgrade to ccgv5.10c. Not sure what else to try at this point.
