Default how to change my path url

i was install my eshop in the one of the directories of my site,like this:

www.site.com/shop

how i can change it to:

site.com

edit your configure.php file and remove the /shop reference from wherever it appears in that file.

i have done it ,but my product link does not change.
i mean ,for exaple in the main page ,the link addresses to the product ,have not change .

example.com/shop/product

but they are available in root.


www.example.com/product
