Positioning order of Customer Input Boxes

I found an old post pertaining to pre-2.2 that said that the way to edit how the customer input boxes are displayed was in the Guide.

I have looked at every single page in there about three times, not to mention used much of what I DID find in there to do other things

but cannot find anything pertaining to changing the order of the input boxes
Right now they are

Name
Address
Postal Code
and so on
I would LIKE them to show
Name
Address
City
State
Postal Code

I have tried editing around the order in some different files, but apparently arent getting all of the references, or the order is just not effected by what I have edited.

Any help?

Its not any type of urgent thing, just a visual/semantics/ease of use thing

Boy do I understand that.

I DID finally figure it out, only by GOING to the Create Account link on the site <duh> and 'Lo and Behold, Guess what the page needing editing was?

create_account.php

Bleh LOL

One question tho...

EVERY Time I change the wording for things, like "Enquiry" to "Inquiry" and "Postcode" to "Zipcode", I get the ENTRY_BLAH_BLAH after the text box.

I checked the code, and cannot find what the heck I am missing.

Any ideas???
