| Hello Everyone, We have a major problem with our site. I need help really quickly. Warning: error_log(/var/log/www/tep/page_parse_time.log): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/wwwnlall/public_html/includes/functions/database.php on line 41 Warning: error_log(/var/log/www/tep/page_parse_time.log): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/wwwnlall/public_html/includes/functions/database.php on line 48 I accessed the admin panel and the following error message was also repeated over and over again on the page. Warning: error_log(/var/log/www/tep/page_parse_time.log): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/wwwnlall/public_html/admin/includes/classes/logger.php on line 49 I uploaded a previous database.php file and replaced the current one but that did not help. I don't know how this could happen. As far as I know we have not touched any file. Therefore, I absolutely do not know what to do. In the mean time we are possibly loosing customers. Please help!!!! Thank you very much! Sincerely, Walter |

| Walter, you were using parse time logging, and it does not work correctly, so I turned it off and the error went away...

| If I may add to this.... I ran into this problem when selecting: Administrator > Configuration > Logging > Store Database Queries = True. At first you might panic (I did) seeing all of the PHP errors.... but just scroll down your browser (while in the admin mode) - and you will again find your HTML page. Then just set the changed value back to FALSE. This worked for my STORE DATABASE QUERIES when I selected TRUE and then I reset it to FALSE (the default), and all returned to normal - and I would guess it to also work for the ...PAGE PARSE TIME entry as Michael stated above! NOTE: the setting to TRUE did break the site on both the ADMIN and the CATALOG (on-line site) site - This seems to be something to be warned about (we are warned about PHP 4 at the time of update) and good cause for panic, unless I missed something in the DOX, in which case I apologize. Just a word to the newbees and some of us less than newbees taken by surprise! Thanks! |
