Help adding html for live chat

Hi there. I have searched and I have read but I still can't locate help for my problem. I would like to add live help to my site. I went to boldchat.com and got the html for their free chat service. I have no idea where to put the code, if I have to add any pages, define anything and where to add any modifications. I think the chat button should probably be in the header but I have no clue how to add it. Here is the code I need to add. If you could provide some simple step by step guidance, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, I would like to add this feature on product pages but I cannot find where each separate product page is located. I have over 700 products listed. Thank you.

Or just drop that boldchat code into the column_right.php file...

Thank you both for your help. As far as the two contributions, the first contribution is not running on the author's site so I am hesitant to use it, as far as the other contribution goes, I can't access his website to see if/how it works. Does anyone else know of a free live chat contribution that works well?
