Templates NOT working in 'Print Catalogue' and Voucher FAQ??

Hi all,

just installed oscmax and entered in all products and changed templates etc.

it works great but when I goto PRINT CATALOGUE mod, or VOUCHER FAQ
all my template goes and I end up with OSCOMMERCE with inversed colours in the top left hand corner. of course I want the same template as the rest of my site.

Please can anyone help?
