Shipping Question

As asked in the instructions, I read the guide!

And I search for "Shipping" posts, couldnt find much

This is the problem I have:

I would like to charge shipping very simply, $5.00 flat fee for all US orders, and $15.00 flat fee for all other orders (no matter if they order 1 or 1000)

Can someone help???

That is what ZONE.PHP is for - Zone based shipping. Mod it for how many zones you want. Also look at regions.php and province.php (files from contribs based on ZONE.php)

Which zone.php and what is the name of the variable to set number of zones needed ?
