How to correct distorted pictures?

Hi;

My current pictures display fine and when I click to enlarge the pictures, they are also fine.
Configuration > Images
Smal Image Width 140
Small Image Height 72
Calculate Image Size True

When I add other pictures with a different aspect ratio, (ie. a square picture) the pictures are distorted. They are stretched out.

How do I setup osCommence to display all aspect ratios correctly?
It doesn't seem to matter if I set (Calculate Image Size) to True or False.
The result is the same.

I still want the (Click To Enlarge) feature to work.

set either width or height and let the system keep the other appropriate for the image size.
