Error getting Fedex rates

Below is what I am seeing when I am at checkout_shipping.php

No response to CURL from Fedex server, check CURL availability, or maybe timeout was set too low, or maybe the Fedex site is down

I do have CURL available and the timeout is set to 20 seconds.
Anyone have any ideas why?
