Layout questions-help....

Hi all,
It'z fun working on developing a site using Oscommerce.Lots of stuff to work on....
I like the layout of the following two sites,which I believe is pretty professional and bear no resemblance to stock OSC.Have a look:

My question is....what do pages/template do I need to modify if I wanted to change the index page similar to the one that is represented here....
Any helpful pointers will be greatly appreciated

These are using BTS Mod (included with MS2-MAX). Use a HTML editor to change layout.
