Some of our customers will buy and will only want to give their CC # and email address, not join etc., is there a 'Quick Buy' option anywhere?

There should be a user contribution for something along those lines. I haven't tried it myself, so no clue how good it is. You should look for something like Guest Account in the OS Commerce Contributions page( http://www.oscommerce.com/downloads.php/contributions ).
