Default Products with multiple attributes - one depends on the other

I would appreciate some help!

My site will be selling T Shirts (yes I know...) my problem is as follows (simplified):

Each shirt can be size S, M or L.
Each shirt can be White, Yellow or Red.
However, if a shirt is size L, it is not available in Yellow.

Is it possible to add products in such a way that one attribute depends on another?

Thanks in advance for any help.
Geoff Foster.

Create a sub-category under the top level Category and call it "T-Shirt Colors" (or whatever). Then seperately enter each color T-Shirt as a seperate "New Product" under this "T-Shirt Colors" sub-category.

Then click the "Edit Attributes" button for the YELLOW T-Shirt and make sure the "Large" option checkbox is unchecked.

This way, the "Choose A Size" (or whatever you named it) drop-down box on your page will not list "Large" as being an option, therefore it can't be ordered.

It kinda sucks doing it this way because it creates onen extra click-through your customer has to make to get to the T-Shirts. One extra step means an extra chance that you will lose a sale.

The only other option (to my knowledge) would be to use a disclaimer in the product description posted on the web page stating "PLEASE NOTE - Yellow T-Shirts are not available in a LARGE size!"
