Info On Custum Payment Module

Does anyone know a good site to find info on building a custom module of osc. I've been searching everywhere. For the reason I ask, are company would like to join the osc project, but where having a had time finding documentation to add are payment gateway to osc.

I wish I could share more, but I learned quite a bit just disecting other contributions -> payment modules.

Ya thats what I'm doing right now to, I think if I use cURL i will be able to send out my info to my server with POST. Just have to figure out how to put it all together.
