Default configuring e-mail

Hi,
I have three problems relating to email. I've searched and couldn't find anything.
-I want to change the e-mails that are sent out to customers so that it says it's from my shop name rather than the owner's name. Can someone tell me where to change this?
-I also want to include the category name before the product name.
-Can I turn off e-mail to tell customer that the order is processing but still send the order confirmation and order shipped e-mails? If so how?

I'm using MS2.

Thanks for any help!

The from email name config shoud be in the admin panel:
"Configuration->My Store->Email From"

Other changes could be made in "catalog/admin/mail.php"

see if that helps

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I had already done the Configuration->My Store->Email From but it doesn't seem to have worked. I have no idea why.

I had a look at catalog/admin/mail.php but I couldn't find what bits I need to change. Is there any documentation about what each part does? I'm fairly new to php.

Hmm... it's not quite what I'm looking for.
I've sorted out 2 of the three problems. It was just simple stuff and I must have been having a stupid day.

The one problem I have left is inserting the category name into the e-mail that's sent out to both the store owner and the customer. I'm sure it's pretty simple to do, I just don't know what to insert where. Any help would be a appreciated and thanks for your help so far.
