Does anyone know how to add descriptions/verbage/faqs for a particular category or subcategory ?

This is what I'm trying to do:

Say there is a category called Accessories (nothing above it) with subcategories, crystal lamps, chess sets, mangos. If customers go into crystal lamps, I'd like to place a faq about crystal lamps and to be cascaded into any subcategory under crystal lamps (if any). If customers visit chess sets, have a faq for chess set alone, not showing in any other category at the same or above level of chess sets.

I'm sure you experts here know how to do this, can you please, please... point me in the right direction ????????
