Default how to link html in define('TEXT_INFORMATION', '......');

Hi guys, I'm a newbie to OSC and PHP in general. The guide has been invaluable in getting most of OSC setup. Just wanted to thank everyone that contributes!

On to my question - I want to made a Links page accessible through the 'Information' box. Everything works great except that all the HTML for the links have to be on a single line! And it takes forever for me to format it manually.

Is there a way I can just link an .html file from the links.php file?
such as:
define('TEXT_INFORMATION', "path to links.html");

OR, is there any program that will let me format all the HTML on a single line?

Sorry I know there's probably a very easy answer to this but I did a search here and on the archive and didn't come up with anything.

here's a link to my site if it will help:

Why does the HTML need to be on a single line?

I have another related question. I am trying to link my gallery page through the Information box. I would like the gallery page to show up within content part of the storefront.

However I can't get frames to work. Is there any way I can do this? Thanks in advance.
