MS2-MAX v1.5 installed! Some error message on Admin... Help.

I have MS2-MAX v1.5 installed.
Everything seems to be working fine except following error messages.

Admin / Catalog / Define Mainpage
ERROR_FILE_NOT_WRITEABLE

Admin / Tools / Banner Manager
Error: Graphs directory is not writeable

I have set the correct permission as following;
/ public_html / product / admin / includes / to 755
/ public_html / product / includes / to 755
/ public_html / product / admin / includes / configure.php to 644
/ public_html / product / includes / configure.php to 644
/ public_html / product / images / to 777

How can I fix this issue?

set the file mainpage.php to CHMOD 777 in includes/languages/english/

set the /admin/images/graphs to CHMOD 777
