ERROR PLZ HELP

Suddenly one day my ms2 max site has started showing this error. I dont understand wht to do

1016 - Can't open file: 'products_description.MYI'. (errno: 145)

select products_name from products_description where products_id = '66' and language_id = '1'

[TEP STOP]

wht ever page i try to open it shows this error.
WHT SHOULD I DO

Repair the table 'products_description'
