| When I have the USPS shipping module turned on with my information installed and using the production server (I just verified this with USPS this morning.) I get a blank page after a lengthy delay when I click on the checkout link. If I turn off USPS then the other shipping choices show just fine... leading me to believe that it is a problem somehow tied to the module or how I have it configured.... In the previous thread over in installation msasek suggested that I check the server error logs since a blank page generally indicates some type of an error. I checked the logs and found nothing... (There was a missing image file, not related to USPS, and it occurred hours prior to my blank page.) I have never been able to get this module to work. I've tried on the test servers with absolutely no luck, and now on production it appears to be the same. Can anyone help? Maybe shed some light? Sorry about the repost but thought it was probably better to get this thread in the forum where it belonged rather than installation help. -= Bill =- |
