TWO errors on installation

Hi I have encountered two errors on the install.

1) When I go to the admin section on the catagories and products pages it is missing an icon on the top header right hand side it is: http://www.ministryhelps.com/catalog...er_support.gif
No picture is displayed just a big red X which I think means a broken link. How do I fix this?

2) On the product sample pages on the ADMIN section only not on the live catalog.... I have this message at the top of the page: "Warning: No file uploaded."

Can anyone help me with these two what appear to be simply problems?

BTW - This version of the shopping cart is the best I have seen!

The image file "header_support.gif" did not get uploaded to the "catalog1/admin/images/" directory.


FTP the image into your "/admin/images/" directory, and that should solve both problems.
