Errors in admin/includes/application_top.php Please Help!

Hi All! I feel sooo stupid!

I am sure that I am missing something obvious, but I have searched for about a week and have been unsuccessful at finding the right answer. A week ago things were fine and my catalog was almost finished, then I realized that my Admin was not secured. So I went to my Ipowerweb File Manager and password protected it. That went fine(I thought). Now however I cannot find my catalog/admin/index.php, I get a 404 error.

My admin/index.php, I get this error;

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'DIR_WS_INCLUDESscrapboo/public_html/admin/index.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/scrapboo/public_html/admin/includes/application_top.php on line 44

for the index.php I get this error;

I have done something that I do not know how to fix. Can someone Please help me, I know where to fix it , but not what information is supposed to go there. I contacted the Ipowerweb tech support and they had me move all of the catalog files to the public_html file, which did not help.
