i use other merchant account

hi
i use securenetshop's merchant account from my present online store(its very simple and not that good right now). can i use this merchant account with oscommerce. i just saw that securenetshop was not listed in the payment module.

securenetshop as a payment gateway not currently supported by OS Commerce and there aren't any plans to add it, afaik. However, merchant accounts are generally a separate concept. You should be able to use your securenetshop merchant account with other payment gateways that are compatible with OS Commerce. You'll have to ask securenetshop and work with the 3rd party payment processor to work all that out.

can u suggest a payment module thats best compatible with securenet, if u want i'll pm you more details.

I think Securenet serves as your payment gateway for your current shopping cart. However, if you check out their partners page ( http://www.securenetshop.com/sc_partners.htm ), you'll see that they do integrate with several other payment processors. I'm not very qualified to comment on payment processors, as I've only used one (surepay.com) and while they are pretty good, they seem to have stopped development. From what I've seen, Authorize.net is well-supported by OS Commerce and also listed on the partners page. I would try them and see how that goes. The first thing you should try is to contact Securenet and see if they can help you use Authorize.net with your account.
