File Manager error Searched for but didnt find any post on this particualr error:

Any clues as to the culprit?
Was there ever a solution found for this one? This is the only occurance of this I've found while searching and I'm now getting the exact same error after recently installing MS2-Max 1.7.
Anyone know what's causing this?
