stuck in the 2 step

iam trying to install osc on my home machine running iis on win2k. my php and mysql are all running and configured correctly.
Even after i enter the correct details in the root,catalog etc boxes its redirecting me to the same page. i don't know why. do i have to directly edit configuration.php and then run this script or something

any help would be of great help

download the windows installation help file from oscommerce contribution section. it should be inside features link.
