    Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: xx/xx/xx/catalog/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file.

    HTTP Server: Apache/1.3.26 (Unix) mod_x-httpd-php4_script
    PHP Version: 4.1.2 (Zend: 1.1.1)
    MySQL 3.22.32

    It's a shared server of Strato.

    On the starting page of osC it says: ...checks can be disabled by editing the appropriate parameters at the bottom of the includes/application_top.php file.

    Where exactly is that??

    Scroll down to:

    define('WARN_CONFIG_WRITEABLE', 'true');

    and just change the 'true' to 'false'.
