Banner Manager - Graphs Directory

Hi All
I just reinstalled 2.2ms1 after a long break from this computer.

I searched this topic but had no success finding an answer (By the way - the link to the guide in the "Read this First" thread no longer works)

Here is the problem:

Everything is running fine until I get to the banner manager under tools.
I get the warning at the top of the page saying -
Error: Graphs directory is not writeable.

My graphs directory is set to 777 so I am not exactly sure why it is saying that.

Is there another "Graphs" Directory somewhere?
This one is in the /catalog/admin/includes path.

What OS? What webserver?

If unix based, chmod 777 using the shell (command line).

If windows based, right click the dir in Win Explorer, select properties, and uncheck 'read only'

its set to 777 I dont know what is going on.

Got it fixed - Just some FYI for others -
There are two graphs directories, one in admin/images and one in admin/includes.
The Banner Manager writes to the one in admin/images.
