| I am starting a new oscommerce site and i want to import my old database. When I download and extract my database, it just makes it a bunch of files, and I don't know how to get oscommerce to recognize this as a database, as you can tell I'm a newbie to all of this. Thanks Pam |

| Do not download and extract your database. Do a mysqldump of your database to a single .sql batch file. Then use phpmyadmin to run that batch file on your new empty database.
