Default Remove "Available Options" box...

For some reason, I'm getting the "available options" box on products that have no options... I'm not sure where this came from or when it started, but I just noticed it. I've scoured the forums and the codes and can't find my error in coding... any advice??

HERE'S a sample page. Thanks in advance for your help!

While I am unable to duplicate this. Take a look at your products/attributes page in admin. See if you don't have a Product Option created, with no values assigned. Look at the bottom table and see if the item is assigned ( edit and delete buttons rather than an insert button.)
Failing that, see if your template has it hard coded in the product. Locate infoBoxContents and see if it is generating that extra box ( I'm just looking at the displayed html to figure out where it is coming from ) Fallback or your template are probably where the guilty file resides.
Good luck !

I'm not using a template, it's just the base OSC with mods added... I'll see what I can do with your input... thanks so much!

It has to be related to the mods you have made to the product page. At least you should rule this out.

I am going to state the obvious now... Make a backup copy of your modified product_info.php file and replace it with the original. If the behavior disappears, great! Now start adding your changes one by one until the error comes back.

When it does, you have identified the problem...time to fix.
