Default exporting osC database using phpMyAdmin

What export option should I select when exporting/saving an osC database from phpMyAdmin? There seems to be quite a few option available such as:

Structure only
Structure and data
Data only
Export to XML format
LaTeX

Also there are some sub options such as:

Add 'drop table'
Complete inserts
Extended inserts
Enclose table and field names with backquotes
Save as file

Default

This depends on what you are doing. Usually, this is the way to go:

Structure and Data
Add Drop Table
Save as File
