I am having a strange problem in osCommerce where when a customer completes an order sometimes his billing address does not go through. When I look at the orders table the billing_address_format_id field is set to 0. This is strange because it works sometimes, that field is set to 2. All orders are from the US, so it works and fails with US as the country. The problem with this is when the field is set to 0 the billing address is missing. I'm not sure what triggers this error.
