In Admin Area. MS1

Shows every other option but none of those in 'modules'

Just shows this address line.

Module Directory: /home/league/leagueandlegends-www/catalog/catalog/includes/modules/shipping/

Default

This is related to your configure.php path problems. Lets try to resolve one problem at a time. Fix your configure.php and this goes away. Note the bad path:

/home/league/leagueandlegends-www/catalog/catalog/includes/modules/shipping/
