Fatal Error At Footer

On most of the pages of my site i get this Error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tep_db_connect() (previously declared in /home/britches/public_html/shop/includes/functions/database.php:13) in /home/britches/public_html/shop/includes/functions/database.php on line 13

Can someone please help me how to solve it? i searched this forum but i couldnt find a solution for it.
I'll be real really really grateful if someone could help me to solve it....

Did you made any change any of the source code files? I guess enter your own line(s) of code starting on line # 13 of [b]/home/britches/public_html/shop/includes/functions/database.php[/b]
