Errors when adding catagory/product

I just did a clean install, a few minor mods per the OSC guide (removed right boxes).

I then attempted to add a catagory, then a product, but nothing shows up, and I get this error:

Does this look familiar to anyone? Should I just re-install?

Sorry, I've never seen this, I would suggest either replacing the mod'd files with the originals from the snapshot (Oh no! You don't have a copy!!) Then try option 2 Reinstall in a different directory and test that it works first then reapply your mod'd files one at a time testing between each. That way you'll either get it working or find the file that is causing it to fail.
