| Hi to all fellow OSCommercians! This is my first post on this forum, so hello, how do u do, and nice to meet u. OSC looks like the lick to me, so hopefully I'd like to get as involved as I can! My problem I've tried looking thru the forum for relevant docs but have been unable to find anything specific to my problem. When switching to https, the padlock does not show up. If I try and navigate to a normal .gif or .txt file such as www.mydomain.com/catalog/includes/picture.gif, then it loads up and the padmlock is on. However, when entering My Account, my address is: https://www1.securesiteserver.co.uk/...alog/login.php but the padlock is missing. If I do a refresh, I can see the padlock for a split second, but then it disappears. I contacted my hosting provider, and this is what they had to say: "Thank you for your email. The SSL lock most likely doesn't appear because you have references to files/images outside of the ssl in the html document. Make sure all links and images (etc) are either relative paths or referenced via https://xxxx." Does anyone know why this mite be happening? And where and what files to edit to stop it from happening? Any help would be highly appreciated. Regards, Suhail. |

| Have you edited oscommerce or is it the default install?

| Well, I used the default install instructions, but also specified the https server. |

| My question was more directed at finding out if you have modified any of the code in default.php or any other files. I am assuming no by your answer, so could you post a url where I can look at your site? It is pretty tough to diagnose without a look at the paths...
