| I've got PHP 4, MySQL 4, phpMyAdmin 2.6.1 and OSC 2.2 all on my localhost machine. When I get the catalog set up and navigate to http://localhost/catalog/ and click the "My Account" link, I get an alert window stating, "The connection was refused when attempting to contact localhost." I receive it even when I grant full firewall access or disable the firewall entirely. Am I receiving this because I opted to enable SSL, or what? I know this is a newbie question, but what exactly is causing this error, and how precisely (with detailed instructions, pretty please!) can I remedy it so I can resume testing locally? Thanks in advance for any help rendered. |

Do not enable SSL during this installation. You might be able to get it done. |
