Default error on english.php page

I get the following error after I altered the english.php file. I cannot see where I altered it except for the define title. I want to restore this file, but I do not have a backup yet. Can I get the original file somewhere? I am very new to all of this.

Here is the message:
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /mnt/web_h/d03/s36/b02354e5/www/shoponline/nfoscomm/catalog/includes/languages/english.php on line 146

Why woud you make changes without a backup? You must love living on the edge..

You could try fixing line 146 of that file. Or you could just upload the original from the zip file from osCommerce.com

I am new to this...I used the file editor and apparently you cannot do that. Who would guess? I will use Notepad next time.
