Login Redirect not working

When a user attempts to login through
https://www.ulc.org/catalog/login.php

and they enter correct login information they are redirected to

https://www.ulc.org/catalog//catalog/index.php

and get an error, they should be redirected to

https://www.ulc.org/catalog/index.php

any idea how to fix this?

Edit your /admin/includes/configure.php and use the correct path. Remove the extra /catalog from the path...
