Step 2: osCommerce Configuration Probs

I am going through the setup and in step 2 after filling out the information i get the following msg:

A test connection made to the database was NOT successful.

The error message returned is:

Table 'ContactList.configuration' doesn't exist

ContactList is the name of my database not ContactList.configuration.

any suggestion?

ContactList.configuration can be explained this way.

ContactList is the name of the database.
configuration is the name of the Table inside your database.

Are you using phpMyAdmin ?

If you are make sure that you have added ContactList to your MYSQL.db and flushed your privileges ei "flush privileges" Also make sure that the user can write to that database.
