Banner Manager not opening in admin - please help

Hi people,

I need urgent help and have been at this for days pulling my hair out. I have installed oscommerce 2.2m2 twice now but with the same problem...

The banner manager link under tools in admin will not open, when clicked it opens and displays "HTTP Error 406 - Not acceptable Internet Explorer ",

All other links and files are working fine in admin section besides the banner manager link, i have tried a full installation 2 times and uploaded the file 2 times but no luck.

i have changed catalog/admin/includes/graph to chmod777 but no luck

Please help, im gonna smash my screen

Your permissions in IE are set to high, I get this problem on alot of pages now after upgrading to WIN XP SP 2, the built in firewall will prevent alot of java applications from running if it is enabled or permissions are set to high.

I dont think that is the problem because the footer banner also does not display when i have installed oscommerce and neither does banner manager page in admin. How do i fix this,? i dont have this problem with any other pages. i dont have sp2 installed yet.

link not opening page. Why is this happening? I have php4.3.9 installed and the new osc2m2, but this problem keeps happening.

Please help, Any advice appreciated.
