i have the same problem:
new users get a blank page if they try to create an account. (e.g. after clicking on the "create account" button.
the url list a "create_account.php?osCsi... " with a long number following, but the page is blank.
i guess it has something to do with some wrong spelled parts in a script, but i don‘t know how to search.
did you find a solution to this?

I had the same problem but found that I had an unnecessary "/"

define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://yourserver.com'); // eg, https://localhost

You might want to check the config.php file and make sure that all the files are pointing to the right direction.

At least that solved my problem.

Also check your error logs. Many times it is a php error.
