Default Customer downloads product but file is currupt

I moved my catalog to another server went through the installation process and everything works fine. Well almost everything. I have digital prodcuts and when the customer donloads any of them they get a zip file with product. When they download and try to open it is currupt due to the file size.

All the zip files after being downloaded end up 4 kb. It seem to be jsut downloading the link or something.

I know files on server are fine just when they go though the download process it doesn't work??

    Can anybody help?

    Thanks

Check if mod_gzip is installed on the server or ob_gzhandler in php. Your files may be getting compressed by them and get corrupted.

Also, try having them save the file first and then opening it, instead of opening it inline.

    Hello Thanks for yor reply

I actually didn't move on to another server. What i meant was I moved on to hosting account but on the same server.

So mod_gzip or ob_gzhandler would be the same as the original store.

And when I download as a customer I download then open intead of opening inline. I also try inline with no success.

here is my store just click products

May I private message you with some info.
