eprocessingnetwork and orders not showing as completed

Hi, I recently set up my first OsCommerce, everything is going great.

Client is using Eprocessingnetwork and my test order went though fine! I and the client got our confirmation emails.

However, the order is still in my test user's cart, my account says "You have not yet made any purchases" and does not show up in the admin as ordered (pending, processing or delivered).

Did I miss setting something up??

Rather clueless in the Midwest.
