setting correct path?

My problem is the install reports a warning that the path is /www/goodimpression?
I am putting what I think is the correct wsr input, but I think the install changes it? Please help me understand this path problem? My web server root is /home/goodimpression/www My catalog is /catalog/ and admin is /admin/. I am using a linux host. My install is at http://www.goodimpression.com/catalo...ll/install.php if anyone has time to take a look at this? The following (without the comment) is the dialog I get on the install. I stop at this first warning to try to correct the path and get rid of the "safe mode" issue.

It is important this procedure is not interrupted, otherwise the database may end up corrupt.

The file to import must be located and named at: /home/goodimpression/www/catalog/install/oscommerce.sql. (this is the correct path which I can see with cuteftp)
