Warning: Installation directory exists

Warning: Installation directory exists at: /hsphere/local/home/emike49/flagandsports.net/catalog/install. Please remove this directory for security reasons.
I emailed for support on this and was told to go to Webshell3 to find and delete this directory but I couldn't find anything with /hsphere......
I also couldn't find a way to search for the file. Support told me they deleted the file but now it's back and I don't know what to do. please help.

Do you have cpanel? In which case go into file manager and delete the install file yourself.

FTP to your account and delete the catalog/install directory.
